Her Story
Siddartha started vaulting at the age of 8 years old at a summer camp in the Santa Cruz mountains. She was scouted by a coach, and asked to try out for a team in Woodside, CA. From then on, her vaulting career took off. From 9-18 years old, she vaulted at 3 world championships, 7 CHIO Aachen festivals in Germany, and brought home a bronze medal at the World Championships for Juniors in 2015 for the squad division in Ermelo, Netherlands. After conquering the squad division, she competed in the Pas De Deux division. She won the 2* level CVI in PDD at CVI Saumur. She has always loved individual vaulting, and was chosen to represent the USA at the Junior World Championships as an individual in 2015. She spent most summers in Europe borrowing horses for international competition, training with top clinicians, and competing at the elite level representing the United States.
She has won many national titles, such as first place in the Women’s 2* Individual Silver Division, 4x A Team National Champion and A Team of the year.
Sidd has been taking a backseat with her own vaulting career to focus on coaching. She started coaching at Woodside Vaulters in 2020 during the pandemic. From there, she moved to Denver, Colorado where she coaches 1* and 2* vaulters. She attended the World Championships in Flyinge last summer as a US 2* Young Vaulters’ coach. Now, she coaches at Tall City Vaulters in Thornton Colorado, and travels around the country teaching clinics to those who are interested in learning more about the sport of vaulting. She coaches internationally on zoom, and in person clinics are available up request. Her passion for teaching and for the sport itself is undeniable.
